1. Review Your Itinerary:
Please carefully review all booking details before confirming your reservation. It is the responsibility of the traveler—whether the booking was made online or through a customer service representative—to verify and confirm the passenger names (exactly as per passport), travel dates, flight numbers, airlines, and routing (including airport changes).

If you notice any discrepancies, you must contact a FilterFlights customer service agent within 3 hours of completing your booking. Failure to do so will indicate your acceptance of the itinerary, and FilterFlights will not be liable for any errors or changes requested after this period.

2. E-Tickets Delivery:
Your e-ticket(s) will be sent to your registered email address within 3 to 24 hours of initial booking confirmation.

3. Payment and Charges:
To avoid additional surcharges, your payment may be processed in split charges under names like ARC or filterflights.com, but the total amount charged will match the amount shown at checkout.

4. Fare Changes:
Airfare and tax amounts are subject to change until tickets are issued. If there’s a price change before your payment is processed, you will be notified. You can choose to accept or decline the transaction. If you decline, no charge will be made.

5. Travel Documents:
It is your responsibility to verify all necessary travel documentation, including transit and entry visas for countries you are traveling to or through. For reliable information, visit www.travel.state.gov or consult the consulates/embassies of the relevant countries. FilterFlights is not responsible if you are denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect travel documentation.

6. Flight Reconfirmation:
You must reconfirm your flight details directly with the airline:

  • At least 24 hours before departure for domestic flights

  • At least 72 hours before departure for international flights (including Hawaii)

7. Special Requests:
Seat selection, meal preferences, frequent flyer numbers, or special assistance (such as wheelchairs) are treated as requests only and are subject to airline availability. For guaranteed special accommodations, please contact the airline directly.

8. Credit Card Declines:
If your credit card is declined, we will attempt to notify you via email within 72 hours. The booking will not be processed and fares are not guaranteed until payment is successfully completed.

9. Airline Schedule Changes:
FilterFlights is not liable for airline schedule changes. We will attempt to notify you of any changes; however, you must reconfirm your flight schedule directly with the airline at least 72 hours before departure.

10. Changes and Cancellations:
For any itinerary changes or cancellations, you must contact us at least 72 hours prior to departure. All modifications are subject to airline fare rules, penalties, and availability. Most tickets are non-changeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable, including name changes or rerouting.

11. Multi-Airline Itineraries:
If your itinerary includes separate tickets with different airlines, please read and follow each airline’s terms and conditions. If one airline makes a schedule change, you may bear the cost of any changes needed on other tickets. Each airline may have separate fees and policies regarding changes, baggage, and check-in requirements.

12. Check-in Requirements:

  • Domestic Travel: Arrive at least 2 hours before departure and check in no later than 45 minutes prior.

  • International Travel: Arrive at least 3 hours before departure and check in no later than 60 minutes prior.
